Concept of Supra-Strategic System

Objective

Any military clash between countries is based on deep evolutionary roots. Evolution is always a confrontation. Overt or covert, violent or peaceful. The specific reason for the confrontation is not fundamental: resources, territory, ideological or religious differences, economic and political dominance. Throughout the history of mankind, the main instrument of this confrontation has been the armed forces. Destroying the military and economic potential of the enemy certainly gives an advantage in the development of the country and ensures security, temporarily increases the evolutionary rating of the country compared to the rival. However, military conflicts are very dangerous for all participants and most often extremely unpredictable. There are many examples in history when countries greatly overestimated their chances in a military confrontation and lost deafeningly. The creation of strategic nuclear weapons has changed the rules of the game, making direct military clashes between powerful players impossible. Hybrid wars, undermining the stability of hostile countries through disinformation and propaganda on social networks, hacking attacks on government institutions are nothing but new types of “cautious wars”. Wars have become more intellectual and technological. The evolutionary confrontation has shifted to the economic and scientific-technical area, but has not stopped. In the modern world, a highly organized society no longer needs to win wars to achieve an advantage, however, the ability to quickly and effectively protect itself from the aggressive actions of individual communities still remains relevant. It can be assumed with high probability that even in an ideal community of civilized states there will remain a factor of evolutionary competition, with a high-level code of morals, with no tools for destruction, but with the same deep mechanisms of evolutionary competition that has reached a new level. It must be clearly understood that the destruction of the enemy's military-economic potential, on the one hand, is not an end in itself, on the other hand, it gives a very temporary effect. Thus, we are witnessing a slow transformation of the means of achieving the main goal - achieving a level of significant superiority in all areas of confrontation (economic, scientific, military, cultural, and others).

Supra-Strategic

This kind of systems imply a conceptually new type of influence that solves much more global problems than any type of traditional weapons, or the tools of hybrid wars. This complex distributed systems is capable of destroying countries as objects of evolutionary confrontation, turning them into helpless and crumbling territories of chaos. Possession of any type of strategic weapons, including nuclear weapons, as well as any type of classical weapons of any generation in general, will not give the enemy protection from the impact of supra-strategic systems.

Bi-directional

Understanding the patterns of interaction of elements of complex structures, and most importantly, understanding the fundamental influence of the mechanisms of interaction of these elements both on the dynamics and on the vector of transformation of the structure, allows, by introducing many minor imperceptible changes at the key points of the structure, to cause colossal phase changes in the entire system as a whole, which will lead to a qualitative leap in her condition. The direction of the phase shift (degradation or evolution) of the system is determined by the initial goals set. The complexity of the object of influence is not of fundamental importance, the dependence of the complexity of the system being created will be generally linear.
